KELLY ROSE BENNETT, ESQUIRE, is an associate in the firm
of Linkhorst & Hockin, P.A. She graduated from the University
of Florida with honors in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Sociology and a minor in secondary education. Mrs. Bennett
graduated from the University of Florida - Levin College of Law
in 2007. She is admitted to practice in all state courts of Florida
as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District
has extensive litigation experience in both civil and criminal
courts. Prior to her employment at Linkhorst & Hockin, P.A.,
Mrs. Bennett was an associate attorney at a state-wide insurance
defense firm practicing in workers’ compensation, real estate
law, property insurance coverage, family law, and criminal defense.
Mrs. Bennett also worked as a civil defense attorney for the Office
of Regional Conflict Counsel in West Palm Beach, Florida and as
a criminal defense attorney with the Office of the Public Defender
in Orlando, Florida.
